Helping Every Child Celebrate Their Special Day
At Bloomington Township, we believe every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday. That’s why our food pantry offers a Birthday Kit Program to help families create a memorable celebration at home. Each birthday kit includes a cake mix, frosting, birthday candles, a birthday card, and a can of pop.
Birthday kits are available to Bloomington Township residents with children ages 1 through 18 living in their household. Each eligible child may receive one birthday kit per year.
To receive a birthday kit, families must complete a short request form and provide verification of the child’s date of birth, such as a birth certificate or current school record, along with proof of Bloomington Township residency. To help us prepare your kit, requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the child’s birthday.
