Summer is here, and Bloomington Township is helping local children get ready for a season of swimming, splashing, and outdoor fun.
We currently have a limited number of free swimsuits available for children who live in Bloomington Township and need swimwear for the summer season. Access to a swimsuit can help children participate in swimming lessons, visit local pools, enjoy time at the lake, and stay active throughout the summer.
Families who would like to request a swimsuit should visit the township office and complete a request form. To verify eligibility, please bring the following documents:
- Proof of Bloomington Township residency
- The child’s birth certificate
- The child’s current school record or enrollment form showing the child’s address
Because supplies are limited, swimsuits will be distributed while quantities last.
